Shakira to perform in Belfast

Shakira will be bringing all her glamour and glitz to Belfast later in the year.

The 33-year-old Colombian, who is currently in the charts with the official Fifa World Cup song - called Waka Waka - is expected to perform all the classics from her back catalogue, including She Wolf and Hips Don't Lie.

It will be taking place at the Odyssey Arena on December 17th and tickets will be going on sale on July 7th.

The singer, who is famed for her Latin-inspired music, will be coming to the city as part of her European tour.

She is no stranger to big shows, as she recently performed at Glastonbury and the World Cup opening ceremony.

The musician, who has sold over 50 million records worldwide, recently stated she does not want to get mattered, despite the fact she has been engaged to Antonio De La Rua for the past four years.
