A new restaurant opens its doors to new customers in Belfast's Victoria Square today, August 27th.Chili's Grill & Bar brings its tried and tested blend of southwest American, Mexican and Spanish cuisine to Northern Ireland, having established branches in 24 countries worldwide.
Greg Walther, president of global business development at the restaurant chain's parent company Brinker International, could made clear how pleased he was with the new venture.
"Belfast is a fast-growing, cosmopolitan city and we are excited to open our doors in a premier, upscale shopping centre like Victoria Square," he told the Belfast Telegraph.
A 250-seat margarita cocktail bar will also feature and is likely to be popular among tourist arriving from a long flight to Beflast City Airport.
Brinker also plans to open another restaurant, Maggianos, in Victoria Square later in October.
Victoria Square announced earlier this year that it intends to extend opening hours to help to promote the city centre's night life.
